Maharaja Camp + Traditional Huts home in Desert -
A trip for 2 nights/3days as One night at 'Royal tented camp' set up around Osian-Dinner with camp-fire and folk entertainment. The another night at local host family 'Huts home' Camel ride pass through desert villages(Dhanis) and visit crafts-men.
Itineraries:

1st day Guests are received at Jodhpur (In the morning/Afternoon) and drive by jeep toward Osiyan- (known as temple town 40 miles north-west of Jodphur). In route visiting Mandore garden and Osiyan’s temples are flexible *options. some further a field drive to meet camel team- camels are ready for ride, after about 40 minutes ride a break either at local family home or out picnic pack lunch. After lunch we start for safari through desert hamlets/Mansoon farmlands; An hour or more.. camel ride we reach at sand dunes for sunset. Dinner and stay at Tented camp set up (Royal tents).

2nd day Breakfast and start our Safari for a day ride through the Thar. We ride during 2.5/3hours before lunch (freshly prepared and served under a tree where one can have a siesta like Rajasthani. Post-lunch ride is 1.5/2 hours to get to our host family home(traditional desert style huts home). Dinner at family home A chance to see how local bread 'SOGRA'is made, sleeping either indise hut or out in courtyard unde the stars!. Overnight at local family home.
All along the Safari route one gets to see desert wild life flora (such as Kejheri - Prosopis cineraria; Acacias; Kair - caper) and fauna (such as Gazzela-Gazzela 'Chinkara'; Blue bull; Desert fox; Wide varieties of birds and dancing peacoks...! )

3rd day Break fast and take a tour of crafts-men family by Jeep or camel cart is a flexible *option. A chance to see craftsmen at work. Like shoe-maker / weavers and further depart to next destination- Either back to jodhpur or onward to Khichan,jaisalmer,Bikaner,Khimsar,..or Jodhpur to Ranakpur-Udaipur-Bundi/Pushkar-Jaipur-Agra..

The most important thing is a good positive attitude.
Cool clothing(july-sept.)
Warm clothings(Oct.-March).
Toiletries;Flash-light.
Comfortable walking shoes; Water bottle.
Good hat or Rajasthani Turban!
Sun cream.
Sleeping bags(If you have).

Trasport from Jodhpur to desert via Osian by jeep(one-way).

Note:-If one want to return/onward by jeep-Please ask before hand. We do arranges car/jeep for travel onward to Jaisalmer/Bikaner/Khichan/Khimsar or back to Jodhpur and further to Ranakpur-Udaipur/Pushkar-Jaipur-Agra etc.etc.
