Are you an Indian company?

Yes, we are a very local, very small, community-based social enterprise located in Hacra Dhani in India.

Do we stay in villagers home?

Not right in a village, you will stay in purpose-built traditional huts home ‘the Jhumpa‘ in the rural desert countryside (not right in a village) more of scattered(spread out) Hamlets.

Do you offer trip-stay for solo traveller?

Yes please, we are happy to welcome solo travellers.

Is camel ride / horse ride safe?
  • Riding animal we call saddle adventure. The rider needs to be confident in the saddle.
  • For camel ride, one should know few basic things before(from your host or guide) mounting on a camel.
  • For horse ride, one should know a beginner level riding experience.
Do I need prior knowledge of Camel/Horse Riding?

For camel ride not really but for horse ride yes.

Are your holidays for groups?

The individual and small group only.

When should I make my booking?

Advance booking is preferred, last minutes bookings are also welcome.

I am ready to book - what do I do?

Send an e-mail or through booking form.

Can I make a booking over the phone?

Last minutes booking availability over phone but reservation by email.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

We will reply your reservation e-mail with availability and confirmation.

When can I cancel my reservation if I'm not travelling?

Please refers to our cancellation policy.

What if I have special requests?

Please write to us well in advance by e-mail.

Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?

No hidden charges.

What will the weather be like?
  • April to June always hot summer.
  • July to September is also hot but monsoon season make it better.
  • From October starts climate is less hot, so nice time to experience.
  • November to February is Winter time, mostly sunny days outside.

When is the best time to visit?

October to March will be the best time to visit due to best weather condition.

How Do I Pay for Services?

Some advance deposit to secure your reservation international payment through TransferWise

How Do I Change Or Cancel A Booking?

By phone, if last minutes cancellation. But we need to have a written e-mail from your end.

Can I add additional people to an existing booking?

Yes depends on availability.

Any must require things I need to carry with me during this trip which is not available with you?

Few of the basic things you must carry with you while travelling here.

  • Any medicine you deemed required.
  • Sun cream & hat during hotter months.
  • Fleshlight or head torch.
  • Insect repellent.
  • Warm clothing during winter months.
